We are a design consultancy specialising in the design of large-scale buildings, both industrial and public-sector. We undertake projects requiring experience gained during the construction phase (design support throughout the project’s implementation), a high level of interdisciplinary coordination (including technological designs), as well as the full commitment and responsibility of the entire design team.
Our practice employs only architects who hold a relevant university degree and have at least four years’ experience working in a design office or on a construction site, involving the design or construction of industrial or public buildings.
We offer our clients the option of fully implementing BIM (Building Information Modelling) technology. In the design process, we use REVIT and Archicad software, and our choice of tool depends on the specific nature of the project as well as the client’s requirements and preferences. Proficiency in at least one of these programmes, as well as AutoCAD, is required.

Who are we looking for?
We invite ambitious, committed, open-minded and responsible individuals who are capable of organising their own work as an independent architect (designer) to join us. Experience working as a lead architect or project team leader would be an advantage. A sense of humour, respect for others and good manners, adherence to the shared principles and values established within the studio, and a commitment to maintaining a friendly atmosphere in the studio are very important to us. The ability to understand the task at hand (including its purpose), selecting the optimal method of execution, independently drawing up specifications (client expectations, complexity of the problem, technical and formal requirements) and completing the task within the set timeframe (task completion) will be part of everyday work at ATT and the most important challenge (teamwork).
We are also open to collaborating with independent design practitioners and design studios who are willing to establish a long-term partnership with ATT (this applies to architects, specialist designers, experts and surveyors).
