Since 2018, he has served as President of the Management Board of ATT Architekci Sp. z o.o. Prior to that, he was the owner of ATT Architekci Pracownia Projektowa Piotr Lasek, and since 2018 he has also been the owner of ATT Group Piotr Lasek.
A graduate of the Cracow University of Technology, he has extensive experience as an architect and design manager, gained through many years of professional practice.
A core principle of our studio is the commitment to continuously enhancing our staff’s professional qualifications. We employ only qualified architects who are involved in every stage of the design process, from the initial concept through to the production of detailed construction drawings. Our staff regularly attend specialist industry training courses and courses on construction law. Working with the market’s leading developers and main contractors has enabled us to gain invaluable experience and develop reliable working methods. Our professional design teams are able to find optimal technical solutions at every stage of the project.
The project, carried out by the ATT design team, is led by a Design Engineer, who is responsible for the progress of the design work and is also the company’s sole representative authorised to liaise with the client on technical matters. This approach ensures a unified decision-making process at all stages of design, and the results of analyses carried out during the design phase are not lost, thereby positively influencing the ability to respond to changes that often arise during the implementation of the project.
A team-based approach to design and key decision-making enhances the competence of the entire team and fosters development and an innovative approach to design, whilst each designer’s individual responsibility for their assigned tasks and the requirement for consultation and verification of completed work by a reviewing designer improve the quality of designs and reduce the risk of misunderstandings and design errors.
